The basic charge covers study preparation, image acquisition, standard reconstruction, cleanup, and data storage. Additional tasks such as specialized reconstruction or quantitative analysis may be requested but are not included in the basic charge. One hour minimum basic charge will be billed for each study session. Please note that investigators are charged for the entire study duration, which includes preparation and cleanup. Reconstructed images are typically made available within 3 business days. In the event of cancellation, please notify us 2 business days prior to the study to avoid cancellation charges.
